MCA Yay.
What’s great about my job is that I can see some of the greatest things just by walking out the door. Take for example, the newest outside installations we just put up by artist Mark Handforth:
If you can’t tell, that is a light pole coiled to look like a snake ready to strike.
This is a bent hanger.
This is the phone bone. At first I couldn’t warm up to this piece, but now I think I like this one the most. I guess a bright yellow phone can win anyone over.
Also pardon the graininess of the photo “film” I used to take these. I snapped them really quick without changing anything up, but I know I’ll take more later.
As a side note, I have a lot of things in store that I hope to come to fruition with this blog. One is a way to organize my photos so that they don’t display one after the other like they have been. Slideshows or mini pictures may be needed. Another is to change the layout and display of my blog. Flowers is fine, but doesn’t show what this blog is about. Any ideas, help, comments would be greatly appreciated.
Also, there are SO many stories I have neglected to tell you! Los Angeles, Disneyland, Milwaukee…the list can go on and on. I’ve already posted some photos while on my travels, but that’s only half of it!! I keep saying this, but please be patient with me…I’m completely new to blogging and website upkeep in general (it’s been years since I dabbled in HTML); so I hope smooth sailing is ahead.
